Terms of delivery and dispatch
We deliver all watches directly to your premises – fast, safe and
reliable. If a watch is not deliverable, or if de dispatch will be
delayed, we will inform you by e-mail. All offers are without
engagement.(no delivery force).
The dispatch costs are staged in dependency as follows (besides delivery with customer service):
Europe = 10,50 Euro (up to 5 working days)
outside Europe PRIORITY = Euro 28 (up to 10 working days)
outside Europe EXPRESS = Euro 40 (up to 5 working days)
The delivery for Europe starts in our store in Germany by DHL or Fedex.
The conseignment is assured up to a value of 500 Euros against loss and
transport damages. All articles are examined and packed carefully by
our dispatch staff. If you receive a damaged article please make a
confirmation of the damage in front of the postman. Damaged delivered
conseignments (break, lacerated packing, totally or partly loosed
goods) have to be declared by the addressee within 24 hours. The
declare of damage is necessary for every compensation.
